Costa is a highly motivated individual who brings 15 years of experience in project and program delivery within the transport, infrastructure, oil & gas, water and mining industries.

He has held senior client, consultant and constructor roles leading and managing the planning, governance and delivery of major projects and capital programs, maintenance and shutdown works and business operations.

Key strengths include engineering, risk and design management, major project delivery, infrastructure advisory and transactions.

Costa leverages his knowledge and experience in funds management to provide market research, investment and M&A support to engineering, infrastructure, private equity and wealth management firms at a corporate and portfolio level. In particular, he provides extensive due diligence and transaction advice on infrastructure businesses and assets for both buy and sell side.

He is a clear and effective communicator who empowers individuals to develop high performing teams with a passion for achieving continuous improvement through robust processes and best practice. Proven success in establishing collaborative relationships with clients, internal and external stakeholders at all levels of business within public and private sectors
